Our pricing is simple:

Service providers pay a 10% platform fee only when they complete a paid booking through Prosfora.

Clients pay a small 3% booking fee when they book and pay through Prosfora.

No subscriptions.

For Service Providers

10% platform fee

Prosfora charges service providers a flat 10% platform fee on completed paid transactions.

You only pay when paid work is completed through the platform.

There are:

  • No subscription fees

  • No setup fees

  • No fee just to receive a message

  • No fee unless you get paid through Prosfora

Provider payout example

If your service price is $100.00 CAD:

  • Service price: $100.00 CAD

  • Prosfora platform fee: $10.00 CAD

  • GST on Prosfora platform fee: $0.50 CAD

  • Estimated provider payout: $89.50 CAD

If your service price is $500.00 CAD:

  • Service price: $500.00 CAD

  • Prosfora platform fee: $50.00 CAD

  • GST on Prosfora platform fee: $2.50 CAD

  • Estimated provider payout: $447.50 CAD

This example assumes GST applies to Prosfora’s platform fee.

Your payout statement will clearly show the service price, Prosfora platform fee, applicable taxes on the platform fee, and estimated provider payout.

For Clients

3% booking fee

Clients pay a small 3% booking fee when booking and paying through Prosfora.

This fee helps support:

  • Secure payment flow

  • Booking structure

  • Provider profiles

  • Messaging

  • Platform support

  • A clearer service experience from request to payment

Client payment example

If the service price is $100.00 CAD:

  • Service price: $100.00 CAD

  • Prosfora booking fee: $3.00 CAD

  • GST on Prosfora booking fee: $0.15 CAD

  • Estimated client total: $103.15 CAD

If the service price is $500.00 CAD:

  • Service price: $500.00 CAD

  • Prosfora booking fee: $15.00 CAD

  • GST on Prosfora booking fee: $0.75 CAD

  • Estimated client total: $515.75 CAD

This example assumes GST applies to Prosfora’s client booking fee.

If a service provider is required to charge GST/HST on their own services, that may be added separately by the provider.
