3. Book and pay online through Stripe
When you’re ready, confirm the booking and pay online through a structured Stripe checkout.
Prosfora uses Stripe Connect to support payments between clients and providers. Prosfora does not store full client card details or process card payments directly through its own banking system.
Each payment is connected to a specific booking, provider, client, service, and transaction record.
For larger projects, the work can be split into separate bookings or milestones, so each stage has its own scope, payment, and completion record.
4. Get the job done
The provider completes the agreed work.
Messages, booking details, payment, and completion stay connected in one place — so the job does not get lost across texts, cash requests, or scattered apps.
This gives both sides a clearer record from start to finish.
5. Leave a review tied to the actual job
After completion, the client can leave feedback connected to the completed booking.
Reviews on Prosfora are tied to paid, completed jobs — making feedback more relevant, more useful, and harder to fake.
This helps future clients choose with more confidence and helps strong providers build trust through real completed work.

How long until the provider gets paid?
Payouts run through Stripe’s standard processing schedule.
Many payouts are completed within a few business days, but timing can vary depending on Stripe, the provider’s bank, account status, and the platform transaction flow.
What if the work is not done properly or the provider does not show up?
Every Prosfora booking keeps the agreed service, messages, payment, and job details connected in one place.
If a payment dispute is needed, card payments may be eligible for standard card network dispute or chargeback processes, depending on the situation, Stripe, the card issuer, and applicable rules.
Prosfora helps keep a clearer record of what was agreed, booked, paid, and completed.
Do I need to sign up to browse providers?
No.
You can browse profiles and services freely.
You only need an account when you want to message a provider or book a job.
Can I tip the provider?
Tips are not built into the Prosfora booking flow yet.
For now, clients can handle tips directly with the provider after the job is completed.
Is Prosfora available outside Metro Vancouver?
Right now, Prosfora is focused on Metro Vancouver.

What if I need a multi-visit or complex job?
