What if the provider does not show up or the work is not completed properly?
Every Prosfora booking keeps the agreed service, messages, payment, and job details connected in one place.
Clients and providers should communicate through Prosfora and clearly document the agreed scope, price, timing, and any approved changes.
If a problem occurs, the parties should first try to resolve it using the Prosfora message and booking record.
Prosfora may review available booking details, messages, payment records, and supporting information when assisting with a reported issue.
Depending on the circumstances, card payments may also be eligible for applicable dispute or chargeback procedures through the card issuer and payment network.
Do I need an account to browse providers?
No.
You can browse provider profiles and services without creating an account.
An account is only required when you want to message a provider or make a booking.
Can I tip the provider?
Tips are not currently built into the Prosfora booking flow.
Clients may arrange a tip directly with the provider after the job is completed.
Is Prosfora available outside Metro Vancouver?
